My first of what will be many trips to Madagascar as we gear up for the start of what will be a multi-year project there.
Knowing that my work duties would take up most of my time there, I didn’t do much research on the city, other than knowing it was the land of lemurs and vanilla. Fortunately, we found ourselves with a few hours off and had an opportunity to go to a lemur rescue center and see the little critters. And I bought a lifetime supply of vanilla beans.
